Exciting new Permanent Opportunity - Children Residential Manager!

If you're ready for a new challenge and have the passion to manage a service for children within a residential home, please read on. We are seeking a skilled Children Registered Manager to work for an established provider of care and support to children and young people.
The opportunity:
* Registered Children Home Manager to oversee and lead a team within a 3 bedded service for children aged between 8-18.
* To ensure the effective delivery of care and support to the children and young people.
* Overall responsibility to ensure the service meets the requirements and is in line with all OFSTED regulations.
* Work with the team to ensure that referrals and applications are made as necessary and within set time frames, including safeguarding and Ofsted notifications.
* Support managers in identifying staff members with Key Worker responsibilities.
* Undertake regular reviews of the service and work in line with company policies and procedures.
The ideal person:
* You will ideally have experience of working within a similar role as a manager and have sound knowledge of the Ofsted legislation.
* Your ability to lead and develop a team to ensure the safety of the children is paramount.
* You will have excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and young people.
* You will be flexible and ideally a car driver, with the Level 5 qualification or willing to complete this.
