Senior Quantity Surveyor
A leading National Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Oxford team.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will join a dynamic office of around 30 professionals, taking the lead on a variety of high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, high-end residential, student accommodation, healthcare, motorsport, defence, and education sectors, with project values ranging from £1m to £150m.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering these projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the highest standards of service for clients.
Current projects include:
* Sports stadia and arenas
* Healthcare facilities: new build and refurbishment projects in acute and mental health sectors
* University developments: teaching, seminar, and laboratory spaces, plus heritage and conservation projects for Russell Group universities
* Local authority regeneration schemes: housing, retail, and infrastructure
* Logistics and warehousing: advanced racking systems and time-critical developments
* Pharmaceutical projects: bolstering the UK's vaccine manufacturing capacity
* Sustainability projects: helping clients achieve their Net Zero ambitions
* Motor racing and EV manufacturing: working with leading automotive brands and international racing circuits
* Science and business park developments
* Defence and international development projects
This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to expand their project portfolio, take on leadership responsibilities, and progress toward Associate-level positions with a clear and structured career path.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be a motivated professional with leadership skills, technical expertise, and a client-focused mindset. You will have:
* A successful track record running projects from inception to completion
* Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
* A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying BSc or MSc
* MRICS or committed to achieving / currently working towards
* Good pre and post contract experience
