Role: Clinical Deputy Care Manager (RGN/RMN)
Hours: Full Time (40 Hours per week) - A mix of Clinical and Supernumerary shifts, with flexibility to work occasional weekends
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP58,000
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Clinical Deputy Care Manager (RGN/RMN) to join our client’s dedicated team. If you have strong clinical expertise and a passion for leadership, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the quality of care provided in the home. To be successful in applying for this role, you MUST have previous experience in complex care and have experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar role within a Care Home. Please note that sponsorship is NOT available for this role.

About the Role
As Clinical Deputy Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of clinical care. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will lead and inspire the clinical team to ensure that we deliver the highest standards of care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, promote, and maintain high standards of care, medication management, and clinical services, ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing.
2. Implement and oversee the home’s clinical quality control systems, coaching staff to meet quality standards and foster transparency.
3. Support the Home Manager in effectively managing financial, human, and material resources.
4. Provide inspiring leadership to the clinical staff, promoting a positive, supportive, and motivated culture.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
1. A valid RGN/RMN qualification with an active NMC pin.
2. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a nursing home, such as Home Manager, Deputy Home Manager, Clinical Lead, Nurse Manager, Senior Nurse, or equivalent.
3. Experience with complex care is a MUST for this role.
4. A passion for providing excellent care and attention to residents, ensuring person-centred care and a home-from-home experience.
