As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will need a current NMC registration, good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices, and willingness to travel between various Homes.
As a Bank Registered Nurse, your responsibilities include:
* Supporting care staff across multiple locations to deliver exceptional care
* Developing care plans and risk assessments, understanding regulatory frameworks
* Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology
* Overseeing medicine management in accordance with policies and legislation
* Making autonomous decisions and ensuring best practices
* Providing guidance and support to team members using your clinical skills
* Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code
To succeed, you should be:
* A Registered Nurse capable of leading a care team
