About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer to act as the primary creative for ZIIP and Tria Laser. This is a hands-on role, ensuring brand consistency, producing high-quality assets and mentoring junior team members. You will work with the senior leadership team to execute the creative vision for ZIIP and Tria Laser, overseeing campaigns, digital content and retail visuals while working closely with the marketing and product teams to drive brand growth.
1. Act as the primary creative for ZIIP and Tria Laser, owning brand guidelines and ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.
2. Develop and execute creative campaigns, digital and wider marketing assets for both brands.
3. Maintain and evolve each brand’s visual identity, ensuring a strong, engaging and premium aesthetic.
4. Ensure all assets meet brand, marketing and business objectives while keeping designs innovative and engaging.
5. Provide creative support where needed for CurrentBody.
6. Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure campaign visuals support business goals and drive engagement.
7. Mentor and guide the Junior Creative, ensuring the quality and consistency of ZIIP and Tria Laser deliverables.
8. Partner with the Packaging/Retail Designer to ensure in-store and packaging designs align with digital and campaign assets.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven Experience in a senior design role, ideally with a focus on beauty, wellness, or lifestyle products.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing impactful design and art direction across digital and traditional media.
3. Fluent in Adobe CC, especially Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple projects and priorities, and work well in collaboration with other creatives as well as on your own.
5. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members across departments and collaborate on creative projects.
