They are now seeking a highly motivated sales professional to expand their client base and maximize business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development Identify, approach, and secure new freight customers across UK, European, and global markets. Client Relationship Management Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients to drive repeat business. Sales & Revenue Growth Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to optimize profitability. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities. Administrative & Operational Support Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in freight sales / business development within a transport, logistics, or freight forwarding company. Strong knowledge of European Trailer Freight, UK Road Transport, and Worldwide Shipping (Sea & Air Freight). Excellent negotiation skills with a commercially focused, results-driven mindset. Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex logistical solutions concisely. Proactive, ambitious, and motivated by targets and revenue growth. IT literate with experience using freight/logistics software systems. Whats in It for You?
