In the Company Secretary role, you will be: Providing comprehensive governance support and technical advice to Executives, Senior Management, and Board members Overseeing the administration of meetings and delivering high-quality minute-taking, ensuring smooth meeting operations Supporting key projects and maintaining relationships with external advisors Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established policies and deadlines Leading the recruitment, training, and appraisal of Board and Committee members To be successful in the Company Secretary role, you will need: A relevant qualification (or actively studying towards one) Previous experience in a Company Secretary or similar role Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under pressure Proven administrative and minute-taking skills Exceptional communication and relationship management skills A customer-focused approach with excellent service delivery What's on offer: 15-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, offering an extensive handover period Anticipated start date: 1st November 2024, ending 1st February 2026 Full time working hours - Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week Based in a modern working environment in Abergele Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience) A variety of company benefits and services This role is perfect for someone seeking a dynamic and rewarding position, with the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders in a professional and supportive environment.
