Who You Are: ● Proven experience in a senior Talent Acquisition leadership role, managing diverse teams andor sub-teams. ● Extensive expertise in Talent Acquisition Operations, with a strong focus on process optimization, platform infrastructure, and reporting excellence. Demonstrates a deep understanding of leveraging recruitment platforms to maximize return on investment and harnessing AI to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience. ● Strong expertise in building and executing data-driven TA strategies, with advanced proficiency in tools like Tableau and ATS systems. ● Combine sharp analytical abilities with the skill to translate complex data into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders. Foster strong relationships and rapport to ensure insights resonate, drive alignment, and influence decision-making at the highest levels. ● Demonstrated success in fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture across Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, and Assessor teams.
