External Sales Executive £40,000 - £50,000 Maidenhead Permanent Opportunity Metalis are working with a family run business with over 30 years trading experience, who due to expansion are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team. Due to the nature of the business and the role, we are only looking to speak to experienced Sales professionals with a previous background within engineering. Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the laser-cutting market Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers for long-term loyalty Qualify leads and convert prospects into lasting clients Achieve or surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules for laser-cut parts Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information and timelines. Work closely with the design team to ensure optimal product specifications and quality. Develop a deep understanding of laser cutting technology, materials, and applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in laser cutting. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. You will be go into the office for sales support on quotations, estimates and sales delivery 1-2 times a week.
