In the Streetworks and Reinstatement Administrator position, you will have the below key accountabilities - Provide administrative support to the team Provide advice and support via different communication channels Liaise with relevant Operations Teams to ensure successful management of streetworks and reinstatement Support the Network in raising streetworks permits on an ad-hoc basis using the current permitting systems and providing BCM resilience / support when necessary Review and jeopardy manage all permits I reinstatement defects issued to ensure they are worked to their legislative SLAs and no charges are incurred / mitigated Process all streetworks offences and validities within permitting systems Support Network Management Team, as and where required, to resolve issues and drive improvements Support in the day-to-day management of the current permitting systems Ensure highest standard of compliance with streetworks and reinstatement administration Deliver work efficiently and with precision within agreed processes, procedures, and timescales Accurately record, maintain, and distribute relevant necessary data What do you need to know about the role? Start date: Monday 20th January 2025 Pay rate: £13.01 per hour Payroll: Weekly one week in arrears Contract type: temporary assignment via Reed Talent Solutions Shift pattern: Onsite Monday-Friday 8am - 4pm Location: Planetary Road, Wolverhampton, WV13 3XA Assignment duration: 6 months (potential for extension or perm) Recruitment process: telephone interview with Reed (competency based and situational based judgement questions) and an on-site interview with Cadent Gas (date to be confirmed) What we ask from you?
