As a leading supplier of care products, consumables and furniture, we're looking to recruit a permanent, full-time Service Team Lead to join our team in our Castleford location.
The role involves supporting the management of the servicing and maintenance of products and equipment within our client sites (both reactive and planned) in the most cost-effective and efficient way whilst ensuring a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the sales and servicing approach along with experience in using different customer service techniques to keep the well-developed business relationship.
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, typical working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm. Immediate start is available.

Your day to day responsibilities:
1. Oversee and support all installation, maintenance and warranties/queries related to equipment that Blueleaf provide to customers.
2. Effectively co-ordinate all resources to ensure work completed in a timely manner and most cost-effective way.
3. Lead and support employed and 3rd party engineers to ensure consistent service levels and quality of work.
4. Track daily KPI’s and provide regular reporting and metrics on financial and performance levels.
5. Organise customer installs both on an individual and on a large-scale rollout.
6. Ensure seamless client experience for planned and reactive install and maintenance service.
7. Identify and develop operational processes to improve performance, increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability.
8. Constantly look at ways to reduce call outs and reduce problems within client sites.
9. Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value.
10. Co-ordinate and manage employee holiday requests to ensure adequate coverage and minimise disruption to the operation.
Skills & Experience
1. Customer Service qualification
2. 3 years minimum in customer facing technical management role
3. Experience of delivering and improving performance against contractual SLA’s
4. Proficiency in ERP and IT systems
5. Proven track record of supporting team development and performance within a product distribution environment
6. Excellent communicator, both oral and written
7. A collaborator and networker
8. Able to develop and maintain open, honest and constructive relationships
9. Creative, with ability to think logically
10. Attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
