About the role
As Legal Practitioner - Prosecutions your principal duties and accountabilities will see you working within a team of prosecution lawyers who help to ensure that the Attorney General’s role in the Criminal Justice system is efficiently delivered. This role requires a confident advocate, solicitor or barrister to assist the conduct of criminal prosecutions through the Courts of Summary jurisdiction and the Court of General Gaol Delivery on the Isle of Man.
The role by its nature requires the utmost confidentiality and the ability to work through your own initiative, with a high degree of organisational skill.
