About the Job
As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between the HR function and the business. Your responsibilities will include providing expert guidance on employment law, managing employee relations, supporting recruitment processes, implementing policies, and assisting the Head of People with various HR projects and metrics.
Duties will include:
1. Advising on discipline, grievance, sickness absence, and performance management.
2. Supporting line managers with recruitment and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
3. Driving a high-performance culture where talent is recognised and nurtured.
4. Managing payroll, including processing salaries and deductions.
5. Updating HR policies to align with current legislation.
