About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to come and join the Accommodation team. Within the role you will be managing the lifting operations reporting into the Operations Manager. Key Duties will include;
1. To work alongside the supplying depots to manage installation and collections
2. Working closely with the client and supplying divisions
3. Liaise with key account and local customers and give advice on what is needed to allow for delivery and collections of our temporary accommodation units.
4. Develop relationships with customer site teams and our depots installation teams to ensure good working relations and high customer satisfaction in relation to our installation and collection of temporary accommodation units.
5. Carry out site surveys and create RAMS and lifting plans for the installation and collection of our temporary accommodation units.

About You
To be considered for this role the applicant must have the following:
6. Experience of lifting operations and have an Appointed Person qualification via CPCS or ALLMI
7. Strong interpersonal skills, communicates clearly and concisely at all levels and demonstrates effective listening skills.
8. Strong organising skills, a methodical approach with close attention to detail and adherence to Company standards and procedure.
9. The ability to manage site installation team and plan delivery schedules
10. The ability to manage your own time flexibly to allow you to complete work to tight deadlines
11. Full driving license

12. Experience in the portable accommodation industry
13. Experience of direct to customer relationships / communications
14. Experience of using either AutoCad or Visio
