About The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and resilient individual to join our team as a Transport Operations Support Administrator within our fast-paced Warehouse & Transport department. This role will provide accurate and efficient administrative/coordination support to ensure the safe and timely delivery of medication to Lloyds Clinical customers.
Shift Pattern: Based on-site at Harlow, Monday - Friday, 12.00 - 20.00 (flexibility is required. On-call rota every 1 in 4)
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitating effective communication and actioning any tasks between various stakeholders, including drivers, customers, suppliers, and other internal departments.
* Providing administrative assistance to managers, teams and other departments.
* Collating accurate data entry and record-keeping in databases and spreadsheets.
* Supporting and working closely with drivers (Patient Service Operatives) and arranging maintenance requirements for transport vehicles to ensure regulatory compliance.
* You will be responsible for assisting managers, collating data, maintaining regulatory compliance for transport vehicles, and facilitating communication between all stakeholders involved.
About You
* Previous experience in administrative support or coordination roles, ideally in a warehouse, transport logistics environment.
* Be able to multitask, resilient and thrive on working in a fast-paced on-site environment.
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
* Experience with data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling systems is preferred.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
