Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Northampton Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting students and making a real impact in the classroom? About the Role: As an HLTA, you will: Provide high-quality classroom support to teachers and students. Lead small group sessions and deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons, as well as assessment and feedback. Support students with additional needs, ensuring they receive the help they require to succeed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements: Relevant qualifications or experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant. Experience supporting students in primary or secondary schools. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour. A positive attitude and commitment to student development.
