Our client is a multi-award-winning business based in Manchester.
They currently require a Marketing Manager for a 12-month FTC.
The Role of the Marketing Manager:
Reporting to the CCO and working with the Campaign Manager, Marketing Executive, and Senior Data Executive, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering the marketing strategy with a particular focus on campaigns that generate new leads for the sales team.
This is a hands-on role requiring involvement in all areas of the marketing process - from planning and execution to performance reporting. Strong organisational skills are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, award-winning, investment-backed company.
Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
1. Deliver the clients marketing strategy
2. Manage marketing budgets and resources
3. Reporting on monthly performance to the Senior Management Team
4. Management of the team (to include weekly one-to-one sessions)
5. Oversee and support daily marketing operations
6. Maintain marketing data and systems
7. Plan and support the execution of email and social media campaigns
8. Event organisation
2. Content & Collateral Management
1. Write and edit copy for award entries, blogs, customer case studies, and other marketing materials
2. Coordinate with designers and agencies when needed
3. External Relationship Management
1. Manage partnerships and memberships
2. Oversee supplier and agency relationships
