Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
As a Master Scheduler at KLA, you will play a crucial role in aligning our production schedules with factory capacity, material availability, and customer expectations. You will collaborate with various departments, including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering, to optimize our production efficiency and reliability. Your strategic planning activities will support our business growth and ensure we meet our financial goals.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Proactively plan the master production schedule to align with factory capacity, material availability, customer expectations, and financial goals.
* Develop and manage the master production schedule.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize slot plan efficiency.
* Ensure production schedules align with factory capacity and material availability.
* Provide strategic proposals to Manufacturing Operations executives.
* Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Engineering to optimize slot plan efficiency and reliability.
* Demonstrate outstanding presentation skills, leading weekly GM meetings and Operations meetings to monitor production status and strategize for success.
* Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure long-term business success.
Minimum Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Business Operations, Supply Chain, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Experience in Master Scheduling, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, or relevant experience in Supply Chain.
* Hands-on knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
* Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Tableau).
* Team player with a positive attitude, strong sense of ownership, and analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill large amounts of data into coherent, summarized written and oral presentations with appropriate context.
* Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams, multi-task, and drive actions to completion under deadlines.
* Able to work under limited supervision; previous coaching experience is preferred.
