Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Working Arrangement: Predominantly office-based, with some flexibility

Role Overview
The firm is seeking an experienced solicitor with 3+ years of post-qualification experience specialising in contentious trusts and probate. You will manage a diverse caseload, including:
* Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
* Will validity challenges
* Property disputes involving trusts and proprietary estoppel
* Disputes between beneficiaries and executors/trustees
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the department head and play a key role in the continued growth of the contentious trusts and probate offering.
Requirements
* Expertise in contentious trusts and probate, with knowledge of High Court procedures
* A strong client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Proven ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
* Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development.
