ROLE: PPC MANAGER

The Position We're Looking to Fill
As a Full-Time PPC Manager at Public Nectar, you will play a key role in developing and executing activity that drives engagement, conversions, and growth for our clients. You will be part of a team of 23 that is committed to continuous improvement, sharing expertise, and delivering data-driven results. You'll also have significant opportunities for professional development within our fast-growing agency.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimisation:
* Manage and optimise client campaigns across all Google Ads platforms (Search, Shopping, Display, etc.).
* Analyse campaign performance data, identifying areas for improvement and acting on insights.
* Use bid strategies, audience targeting, ad extensions, and other tools to enhance performance.
* Monitor budgets, pacing, and efficiency to deliver on client new customer ROAS or CPA goals.
* Conduct A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate, and ad relevance.
Client Management & Growth:
* Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio.
* Translate client business goals into actionable PPC strategies.
* Deliver regular performance reports with clear insights and next steps.
* Build strong client relationships based on transparency, communication, and results.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g. Meta, Email, Creative) and work with senior team members to present them.
Collaboration & Development:
* Work closely with senior PPC managers to align on strategy and troubleshoot issues.
* Share knowledge and learnings with the wider team to support collective growth.
* Take initiative in learning new PPC features and trends, applying them to client accounts.
Operational Excellence:
* Maintain accurate reporting, task management, and internal documentation.
* Follow internal processes and contribute to workflow improvements.
* Help ensure the agency delivers a consistent, high-quality service across all accounts.
What Does Success Look Like?
3 Months:
* Fully onboarded across your accounts and delivering consistent optimisation work.
* Developed rapport with clients and demonstrated clear understanding of their objectives.
* Confidently handling day-to-day campaign management and reporting.
* Seamlessly integrated into the Google Ads team and actively contributing to shared team goals
6 Months:
* Taking more ownership of strategy and showing initiative in identifying new opportunities.
* Delivering strong campaign results aligned with client KPIs.
* Actively contributing to internal projects, training, or knowledge sharing.
12 Months:
* Trusted by clients and team for your performance, communication, and strategic input.
* Playing a key role in retaining and growing accounts through great results and service.
* Demonstrating a growth mindset and taking proactive steps toward becoming a future senior account manager within the team.
Additional Considerations:
* Typically manages a portfolio of 6-10 accounts depending on size and complexity.
* Expected to work independently on day-to-day tasks with support from seniors when needed.
* Encouraged to engage with agency culture and help build a positive, collaborative environment.

The Right Person for the Job
* You have previous experience in running google ads activity within a digital marketing agency or eCommerce brand
* You have strong research skills that will allow you to scope out competitors activity
* You have experience working with cross-functional teams
* You have the drive to consistently improve yourself, and actively spend your time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices
* You are detail-oriented & love analysing data to make informed decisions about your copywriting
* You are a self-starter and are able to motivate yourself without others' guidance
* You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
