Our client is a leading compressed air provider in South Wales, being a distributor for a range of global air compressor manufacturers. They offer a comprehensive full sale, service and installation package together with a full range of Pneumatic accessories. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to cover the south Wales region. Key responsibilities: Covering the South Wales region, you will be responsible for developing and expanding their customer base – you can work from home. Increase sales within the region Proactively develop the sales function at all levels. Visit customers to introduce their product range and provide training sessions where necessary. Support company promotions such as advertising, brochures, videos, and trade shows. The Candidate: You will have technical B2B field sales experience ideally within the compressors or pneumatics industry, but this is not essential You must live in the South Wales region and have experience of developing business within this area. Ability to develop new business and open new markets. Energy, drive, and determination to grow business. Strong interpersonal skills, solid sales ability, and excellent communication skills
