About The Role
Please note: this is a part time vacancy for 18.45 hours per week working 9am - 5pm across 2 days and 9am - 12:45pm 1 day.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for administering comprehensive patient communications, managing prescription processing, and ensuring accurate data management. About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to interact clearly, empathetically, and professionally with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members. A strong ability to manage, analyse, and report data across various platforms and technologies is essential. You should have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all patient information, prescriptions, and communications are accurate, complete, and processed promptly. A solid understanding of pharmaceutical practices, including prescription building, screening, and identifying potential issues such as drug interactions or allergies, is required. Familiarity with relevant healthcare regulations, guidelines, and company policies is also crucial. Strong time management, organisational skills, and previous customer service experience will enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively and maintain the high standards of care expected in this role.
