The Europe Marketing team is seeking a skilled Campaign Project Manager to oversee the delivery of below-the-line campaigns for TV shows and movies. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage high-volume, fast-paced campaigns across Europe.
2. Ensure accurate asset delivery and successful campaign execution across below-the-line channels.
3. Lead process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, design, and business teams.
5. Identify opportunities to streamline processes by automating tasks and reducing manual work.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with project management software for tracking job life cycles (timings, milestones, approvals).
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across geographically dispersed teams.
3. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
4. Ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a marketing, production, or digital creative department.
2. Additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish, Turkish).
3. Knowledge of digital file and folder management systems (e.g., DAM).
4. Experience with static and AV production.
5. Familiarity with industry or marketing body approvals (e.g., Clearcast).
6. Experience working with global cross-functional teams.
7. Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations.
