Join our sought-after Business Management Trainee Programme, where you’ll be given the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across the business, gaining hands on experience through functional rotations developing your commercial knowledge that relates to Commercial Production and Estimating as well as other key areas of a project lifecycle. Upon completion of the Programme, you will be able to further develop your career in either Site Management or Quantity Surveying.
Using the knowledge and skills you’ve learnt on the programme; you’ll support key business functions by:
- Input into bid writing and tenders.
- Being involved in client stakeholder management, understanding customer drivers and demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Analysing and reporting on project deliverables and KPI’s.
- Supporting on Health and Safety on site and gaining knowledge on environmental and social factors.
- Collaborating and engaging with colleagues and networks to develop your understanding of their area, building expertise as you learn.
Eligibility
For the Trainee Apprentice route, you’ll have a keen interest in Business Management and need to have achieved grade 4/C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). You will also need to have obtained / be working towards a minimum of 2 A-Levels at grade D or above, or equivalent (Level 3 NVQ, BTEC, T-Level etc.).
For our role in Leicester, you will initially be based in our Castle Donington office, then you will be required to work on one of our large projects in Gartree. You will be working on a project which requires you to undergo advanced security clearance and be required to have a full UK driving license.
