The exciting role of Front Office Receptionist has arisen within the Front of House team at the five-star Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel Working in the Lobby and Reception, this guest-facing role involves working as part of the Front of House team, ensuring all guests of the hotel receive professional individual service throughout their journey through the hotel. The role involves receiving, registering and rooming guests on arrival to the hotel and attending to all their requests, including cashiering requirements throughout their stay and ensuring a good impression remains as the guest departs. The role involves the highest standard of guest care and a personalised, professional service at all times. The front of house team are the first point of contact for all guest needs and challenges. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, and excellent guest care and social skills, be standards driven, and the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a dynamic team. Own clean driving licence is preferred and knowledge of Opera is preferred but not required - full training will be provided. The hours of work are on a shift basis including weekends, early starts and late finishes.
