About this opportunity
Based at Cumbria House, Carlisle, you will support staff within the East Reablement and Support at home service.
The supervisor will support the development of staff, promote excellence within the reablement and domiciliary service, and focus on strength-based practice.
The successful candidate will work within the supervisor team to manage and support a team of Reablement and Domiciliary support workers, ensuring they work effectively with service users, promoting independence, and developing strength-based practice.
The role will be crucial in supporting closer integrated working with colleagues from other professions and services.
The individual will be familiar with CQC standards and be willing and able to embed quality in every area of their work.
This role will be 37 hours worked over a 7-day rota and will include weekend working.
