Job Opportunity: Resistant Materials Teacher - Secondary School (Spalding, Lincolnshire)

* Position: Resistant Materials Teacher
* Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
* Pay: Starting at £180 per day, with the potential to increase based on performance and experience
* Hours: 08:30 - 15:30, Monday to Friday (term time only)
Responsibilities:
* Teach Resistant Materials across Key Stage 3 and 4
* Inspire students through hands-on learning, including the use of tools and materials
* Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that support practical skills and creativity
* Maintain a safe, well-organized classroom and workshop environment
* Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where needed
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience in Resistant Materials or Design & Technology
* Experience teaching secondary students, with a focus on practical and hands-on subjects
* A creative and dynamic approach to teaching
* Strong classroom management skills
* A passion for encouraging students to think critically and design innovative solutions
