Experience in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining calmness and professionalism at all times. Role Responsibilities: Cooking and Baking - Breakfast, sandwiches, cakes, external event cooking Staff Management - Time, timesheets, shift allocation, recruitment support Open and closing the shop- On a rotational basis Stock management – Tracking and ordering to maintain good supply levels E-Pos system management- Full training provided Assist with external catering events- Proudly representing Krumbz Café offsite and on Share photos and content with our Social media manager – Keeping our online presence Role Experience: We are looking for an extensively experienced individual with the following: Ability to comfortably work under pressure in a calm manner Skills to handle customers expectations quickly and effectively A leader who leads by example for positive staff management Come up with new and initiative ideas to keep our business feeling current Collaborate with owners and liaise around strategy planning / seasonal trends Understand and adhere to the requirements of Food Safety Act and the regulations around it
