Mechanical Engineering Trainer Portsmouth We are seeking an Mechanical Engineering Trainer who has the skills to inspire apprentices, colleagues, and stakeholders. This role provides the opportunity to teach advanced manufacturing programmes, aligning with apprenticeship standards and innovative teaching models to enhance educational practice working for a well know and respected, people centric organisation. Responsibilities: Teach advanced manufacturing programmes following Apprenticeship standards. Plan, monitor, and evaluate the curriculum to promote a positive learning culture. Prepare and assess student work, providing meaningful feedback. Produce timely reports on student progress and ensure data monitoring. Participate in apprentice interviews, enrolment, induction, open days, and enrichment activities. Develop blended learning resources using CANVAS. Requirements: Teaching qualification (Level 3) and experience with Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). Experience teaching Mechanical Engineering up to Level 43 Knowledge of CAD/CAM, Electrical Distribution Systems, and Engineering Mathematics.
