We’re looking for a Director of Frameworks to be a highly visible person, internally and externally, and act as an ambassador and an advocate for SCAPE. You will build strong relationships at a senior level with our Framework Partners and Clients promoting SCAPE as the Framework of choice. Your new role Leading the Frameworks Team for SCAPE and SCAPE Scotland, you will recognise the importance of motivational leadership and will demonstrate emotional intelligence, positive communication skills and the ability to successfully influence, persuade and build trust at all levels within the business and at a senior level across a range of external stakeholders. You will possess the personal effectiveness and motivation to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment and build strong supplier relationships with both the commercial and public sectors. As a member of the Extended Management Team (EMT), you will play a leading role in contributing to and visibly demonstrating a shared focus on customer service excellence, sustainability, continuous improvement, financial strength, high performance and business growth you will play a role in supporting cross group activities that promote the SCAPE Group, building positive working relationships with SCAPE Venture, Arc Partnership, Lungfish Architects and Construction Waste Portal, the other businesses that form part of the SCAPE Group. You will ensure the SCAPE and SCAPE Scotland frameworks business plan targets are appropriate for the current and evolving economic and social climate and can adapt to changing market forces, setting operational and financial objectives which focus on sustainability and growth.
