Job Description
* Conduct regular internal audits in line with the annual plan.
* Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
* Coordinate with co source partners, managing audits end-to-end.
* Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management and control processes.
* Report findings and provide recommendations for improvements.
* Conduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions.
* Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's regulations, best practices and performance standards.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Internal Audit Manager should have:
* Professional certification (e.g. CIA, ACA, ACCA).
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
* High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
* Sound independent judgement.
