You will be working alongside 18 others in their modern offices, reporting to the Office Manager and working alongside one other part time Administrator. They are seeking an experienced Administrator with strong communication and organisation skill to assist with the duties of: Handling calls Scanning paperwork Data entry Responding to queries via email Booking work in and out coming in via post and POD's - typing on to their bespoke inhouse system and sending it off Help package products, label and ship them off when needed Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm To be successful in this role you will have Administration experience, Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
