Leading congregation in regular worship and Sunday services. Capable to organise conventions, an outdoor or street evangelism. Able to preach and lead prayers. Well sound in Biblical Doctrines in order to grow church members in spirit and moral concepts. Ready to participate in the ministry weekly staff meetings, well structured enough in the Spirit to build quality disciples for church maintenance and planting. Qualified at least with a bachelor degree in order to communicate and administer effectively. Qualified enough to organise and conduct baptismal classes and carry out baptisms for qualified members. Able to administer Holy Communion, conduct wedding or marriage ceremonies, funerals, christenings and dedications. He must be ready to be available for additional tasks as directed by the lead pastor. Equipped and experienced enough to evangelise and add to the growth of the church. Must understand any Nigerian language and be able to speak it fluently.
