The Care navigator role is comprised of the following main duties: Assisting the wider Clinical team in ensuring that administrative duties and tasks are completed to a high standard Greeting Patients at our Reception point and dealing with queries and requests. Handling calls from patients and dealing with queries and requests. Ensuring that Reception duties are completed in a timely manner, including opening up and locking up. Ensuring that patient information is dealt with sensitively and accurately. Booking appointments. Triaging our Duty Doctor on the day emergency appointments and signposting where appropriate.
