Duties include: Supporting third parties with queries via email and telephone calls Administration including updating systems, processing sales orders and creating purchase orders Obtaining additional information to ensure deliveries are running smoothly Investigating any issues and updating business customers Liaising with suppliers via email and phone We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration and customer service tasks, with excellent communication skills. You will have some general office skills but, more importantly, you will be proactive, professional and motivated, with first class computer skills, as well as having the drive to succeed. You will also need a keen eye for detail, strong numerical ability and be able to prioritise your workload.
