Staff Accountant / Hybrid Accountant

Compensation
* $60K – $70K, depending on experience
* Bonuses included!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
* Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
* Assist with audits and tax filings.
* Analyze financial data for variances and trends.
* Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes.
* Support month-end and year-end close activities.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* 2+ years of applicable experience.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics Great Plains).
* Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
* Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
