What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for an Illuminate Process Owner - Marketing to join our growing team. The process owner is responsible for managing a set of like capabilities globally that support TransUnion Business Customers or internal business partners. The Process Owner will be a key point of contact between technology teams, journey owners, and operations stakeholders. This individual will drive the roadmap for their capability set to deliver maximum value while remaining synchronized with the overall operations strategy. The Process Owner will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects and change initiatives, including stakeholder management.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
* Serves as the team’s primary conduit to the journey owners or internal business partner(s).
* Ensures requirements meet the complex global nature of the business while considering the end-to-end impact of any changes.
* Partners with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to facilitate, define, and document relevant business processes.
* Establishes metrics to manage and track benefits, adoption, and risks to operations.
* Communicates delivery scope, status, and questions back to journey owners and program leadership.
* Manages and communicates tradeoff decisions between scope and schedule.
* Works with the SCRUM team in planning and execution of their work.
* Identifies opportunities for process optimization, process redesign, or development of new processes/policies.
* Manages, prioritizes, and assesses the impact of all work items.
* Reviews, accepts, and prioritizes feedback and new requirements from stakeholders.
* Prepares the business for change and arms them with tactics and metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk.
* Works with development and operational teams to ensure understanding of the vision for the Process.
* Inspires and motivates development teams to deliver innovative solutions with urgency.
* Acts as an ambassador for the process internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the process.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Track record years of experience as a product or process manager.
* Experience with Salesforce requirements gathering or willingness to learn Salesforce standards.
* Ability to understand and communicate complex cross-functional initiatives and technologies.
* Ability to articulate business needs and goals to implementation teams.
* Ability to document streamlined, standard, measurable processes.
* Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
* Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve.
