We are seeking a skilled Insights Manager for Strategic Projects to join our team in London. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies that drive business growth and inform critical decision-making across the organisation.
* Spearhead strategic projects, leveraging data analytics to uncover actionable insights that shape business strategy
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and opportunities for data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain robust analytical frameworks to support strategic decision-making processes
* Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
* Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of high-impact strategic initiatives
* Design and implement performance metrics to measure the success of strategic projects
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in insights generation
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Experience and Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in insights or analytics roles, with a proven track record of managing strategic projects
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
* In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape analysis
Nice-to-Haves:
* Proficiency in business intelligence tools, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
