The Scheduler/Technical Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and documenting all technical asset information throughout the site, building up an extensive maintenance history on the Business Management System to maximize operational efficiency throughout an asset's lifecycle. This includes ensuring that the asset complies with the necessary regulatory and statutory requirements. To produce and issue a weekly schedule of planned preventative maintenance routines, defects, and statutory inspections in line with site priorities and equipment availability.
Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure optimum efficiency of assets by collaborating with maintenance operations and process teams to ensure business as usual and integration of expansion projects across the site.
2. Ensure planned work as per the schedule is updated in the maintenance management system.
3. Produce weekly maintenance schedule.
4. Liase with each production building to ensure equipment availability in good time ahead of planned maintenance.
5. Facilitate and manage asset registration for all equipment on site implementing new items of equipment into the BMS System.
6. Assist in establishing equipment strategies and maintenance routines based on OEM recommendations, reliability-based data, and performance feedback from maintenance and operations teams and update the maintenance management system to reflect strategies/changes.
7. Collate paper-based technical documentation to digital files establishing a detailed history of all site assets.
8. Auditing, reviewing, and maintaining an accurate asset register to reflect all equipment on site.
9. Implement maintenance strategies into BMS system to support the company vision of continuous improvement.
10. Work with maintenance and engineering to ensure spare items are correct for PM work and correct stock levels are held in the site engineering stores.
11. Ensure checksheets are completed for each PM and stored correctly.
12. Liase with engineering and maintenance to maintain site preventative routines including the updating, creating, cancelling of routines and ensuring frequency is correct.
SHEQ
1. Participate in AINMs (Accident, Incident, Near Miss) reviews collating all pertinent data and assist in the evaluation of the safety status of the workshop.
2. Participate in safety management related activities including routine plant safety.
