Executive Assistant - EHR
1 London Bridge (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
Full-time 37.5 hours per week

It is a hugely exciting time for our organization to join our Expanse programme in the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Focused on advancing our technology and integrating web-based navigation, EHR will allow HCA Healthcare clinicians and colleagues to enhance patient safety, quality and care and to maintain our outstanding ratings and continue to be a global market leader in complex care.
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the EHR Programme Director. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently with discretion, while handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling changing priorities. Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
* Manage the Programme Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments and ensuring optimal time management for all activities.
* Assist and provide support in the planning, coordination and execution of events, conferences and meetings.
* Organise and prepare meeting materials, ensuring all necessary documents and information are ready ahead of time for efficient and effective meetings.
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements, transportation logistics.
* Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the Director, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence, ensuring prompt responses and clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a PA or EA capacity.
* Meticulous in managing schedules, documents, and communications.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling changing priorities.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
