Role Dimensions
This leadership role reports to the Head of Luxury On-trade and focuses on growing the P&L of premium outlets in GB's on-trade sector. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers, Activation Executives, and Marketing Managers in South England, building strong customer relationships and expanding our brands' presence.

The Luxury On-trade team aims to elevate Diageo’s presence in the top 10% of on-trade accounts, connecting brands with luxury consumers and leading a transformational journey in the luxury segment.
Top Accountabilities
1. Drive internal P&L and market share growth of the luxury portfolio in your region, using market insights to develop winning plans.
2. Partner with the Luxury Marketing team to activate brands in outlets, enhancing talkability and availability.
3. Build and maintain senior relationships with key retail group owners and managers.
4. Achieve distribution and execution targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
5. Foster an inclusive team culture that inspires and develops world-class customer relationships.
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities
1. Leadership experience in luxury products or high-end accounts within on-trade sectors preferred.
2. Proven success in managing influential retail customers and creating new opportunities.
3. Deep understanding of influential on-trade GB customers and strategic planning skills.
4. Strong relationships with industry influencers and knowledge of ground realities in on-trade and third-space venues.
5. Experience in luxury brand building with central marketing teams, demonstrating decision-making and commercial acumen.
6. In-depth category knowledge in spirits and alcohol/non-alcoholic drinks, with a passion for premium brands.
7. Advanced negotiation, customer relationship, and P&L skills, with a data-driven approach.
8. Ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
9. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset to grow existing and new customer bases.
