Role Overview:
In this hybrid role, you will work closely with Programme Directors, and the wider Project Management team to streamline processes and ensure the successful delivery of our projects. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting the team’s objectives and improving client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Coordinate schedules and manage bookings.
* Travel Coordination: Organise travel arrangements and manage expenses efficiently.
* Deliverable Quality Assurance: Prepare and quality check project deliverables from the PMO team to ensure completeness and purpose.
* Presentation Preparation: Develop ad hoc packs and management information for senior directors and client presentations, ensuring a strong visual impact.
* Project Management: Run small-scale projects focused on process improvement and alignment across our client account.
* Workshop Facilitation: Assist in scheduling and planning workshops with clients.
* Meeting Support: Attend Senior Management meetings to take minutes, document actions, and follow up on deliverables.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Very strong Microsoft Office skills; proficiency in creating visual presentations and analyzing data in spreadsheets.
* Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
* Experience working in a corporate environment, preferably with EA/PMO experience in a financial services setting. PM experience on a small scale is desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP) is a plus.
