About the role: As an Administrator within our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Data Cyber Quarter (DCQ) project and our Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Education to deliver meaningful educational change for the diverse communities the university works with and who are interested in cyber security. Your responsibilities will include providing customer -service focused administrative support, managing events, and all aspects of operational support from financial monitoring to project planning. What we’re looking for: Experience in providing excellent administrative support, including event management. Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on financial income and expenditure. Confidence in using computer packages to complete tasks quickly and accurately. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of customer service. Self-motivation and a keen interest in developing new skills, supported by peers and managers. Experience within an educational environment in a higher education institution is advantageous but not essential. Why join us?
