Job Description
1. Developing and implementing strategies for effective alumni engagement.
2. Planning and executing events designed to foster strong alumni relationships.
3. Communicating effectively with alumni through various channels.
4. Collaborating with the marketing and agency department to create engaging content.
5. Managing the alumni database and ensuring accurate record keeping.
6. Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of alumni engagement initiatives.
7. Building relationships with internal stakeholders to support alumni engagement efforts.
8. Representing the organisation at alumni events and other related occasions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Alumni Engagement Officer' should have:
1. Proven experience in relationship management or alumni engagement.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in database management and record keeping.
4. Experience in event planning and execution.
5. A commitment to promoting the values and mission of the Education sector.
