We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Fire Survey Manager for a housing contractor based in the Bedfordshire area on a permanent basis.
As the Fire Survey Manager, you will:
* Carry out FRAs on all types of premises, including high-risk buildings.
* Quality check the fire risk assessments completed by the team.
* Provide feedback following the audits back to the fire risk assessment team.
* Develop and implement FRA audit review programmes.
* Lead the quality assurance investigations and deliver resolutions.
Fire Survey Manager Qualifications / Experience:
* Experience working within high-risk buildings.
* Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety.
* Knowledge of standards (e.g., BAFE SP205).
* IFSM or IFE Fire Safety professional qualifications.
