Aviva Zero launched in February 2022 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We have been given a significant investment and have built our own flexible technology stack to enable us to implement continuous change based on findings from innovative analytics. We have an integrated, focused operating model to allow us to make good decisions and execute them at pace.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in transformation delivery and eager to make a difference to our customers by providing expertise in transformation methodologies and standard processes and simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team.
A bit about the job:

The successful individual will be responsible for leading transformation projects and initiatives within set area(s), in compliance with internal policies and procedures and relevant regulations. This will include contributing to the development and implementation of transformation policies and procedures, supporting business transition and helping to establish change whilst monitoring the impact of transformation initiatives.
We expect you to collaborate with various stakeholders to define transformation objectives and targets, understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation, whilst also staying up-to-date with the latest developments, recommending changes to processes and systems as necessary.

* Ability to manage multiple dependencies across various teams, whilst simplifying and articulating information accordingly.
* Insurance industry experience would be highly desirable.
