Contract: Maternity cover until 22 December 2025
Salary: £24,603 - Increasing to £27,700 following successful completion of a 6 months probation period

The role
Part of the Modern Slavery Victim Care (MSVC) team, the Contract Administrator is an exciting and fulfilling role at Migrant Help. You will provide high-quality professional administration support. You will be a key point of contact within the administrative team and for MSVC Advisers, providing professional assistance whilst adhering to organisational and contractual processes and procedures. You will need to re-prioritise your work as necessary, providing assistance to the MSVC Administration Manager to ensure administrative processes and procedures are efficient, professional and consistent at all times.

Role responsibilities
* First line of support for MSVC Advisers with regards to all administrative processes and procedures required under the MSVC Contract.
* Ensure that all contractual finance data and invoice recording systems are kept up-to-date, accurate and consistent with the Quality Management Framework.
* Responsible for making payments to Service Users and updating individual records.
* Create reports, process guidance, presentations, data recording and reporting templates, collate data sets and statistical information, and any other service data as required.
* Arrange meetings and ensure accurate minutes are taken and distributed in a timely fashion.
* Assist with the running of monthly Administrative Workshops for MSVC Advisers to maintain consistent, quality standards of work under the Contract.
* Work in close partnership with other members of the MSVC team and other Migrant Help departments to promote collaborative working.
* Responsible for answering incoming calls and emails to the Organisation and redirecting as appropriate.
* Responsible for Reception meet and greet and referral to the appropriate staff member.
* Participate in the Accommodation On-Call rota after completing an initial probation period.
The experience and skills you need
* Previous experience working with administrative functions within an office environment.
* Excellent administrative and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Previous experience of working in a client focused environment, providing face to face customer services to clients and visitors.
* Knowledge and working experience of Data Protection and client confidentiality – legislation and practice.
