An experienced Assistant Store Manager is needed to join a prestigious womenswear brand at their flagship store in Chelsea, London on a full-time basis. The Assistant Store Manager will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, ensuring outstanding customer experiences while driving the success of the store. About the Role The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in all aspects of customer service, sales, and store operations. The role requires someone who can lead by example, inspire their team, and ensure the store operates efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of retail management experience as an Assistant Manager or two years as a Key Holder, ideally within premium fashion.
