What is expected?
You will report into the Director who leads from the front.
Here is a snapshot of some of your duties:
* Outbound calling a mixture of contacts, including active clients, lapsed clients, inbound queries, prospects, qualified leads, and marketing campaigns.
* Identifying potential opportunities and booking meetings with a sales specialist.
* Providing sales admin support with quotes.
* Updating the sales database.
* Working towards calling KPIs and targets.
The main focus of the role will be phone-based, building rapport and relationships with new, prospective, and established clients. An honest and transparent approach is essential, putting the customer first with a good understanding of their needs.

* Previous experience in a phone-based sales or customer service role.
* Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
* Enjoys interacting with customers over the phone.
* Ability to build rapport with clients.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
