Position: Project Manager
What You Will Do
* Review job specifications and design manage the required solutions.
* Oversee project build and testing.
* Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate with technical and commercial teams on a wide range of products and systems.

How You Will Do It
* Provide cost-effective solutions to clients while maintaining project margins.
* Ensure project deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with the Development department to meet job-specific design requirements.
* Work with the Production department on system builds.
* Brief commissioning engineers via Site Services.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
* Efficiently manage project progress, planning, and budget.
* Lead the project team to achieve key results.
* Attend regular client meetings.
What We Look For
Essential
* Experience in managing small, medium, and large-scale projects.
* Commercial knowledge for reviewing contract terms.
* Ability to liaise with clients (occasional international travel).
* Strong workload planning skills to meet client and production requirements.
* Ability to work within cost limitations to ensure project profitability.
* Competent written communication skills to provide internal and external reports to produce manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
* Hands-on Project Management experience.
* Experience in Electronic Security – Access Control, CCTV, Intercoms & Intruder.
Preferred
* NEBOSH/IOSH.
* SSSTS.
